Isralian Krav Maga

 

Krav Maga is a military self-defense and fighting system developed for the Israel Defense Forces and Israeli security forces. The art is derived from a combination of techniques used in boxing, wrestling, aikido, judo and karate. It is a realistic fighting system using the bodies natural movements and reactions to form the perfect self-defense for anyone and everyone to learn.

Muay Thai Kickboxing

 

Muay Thai, other know as the art of eight limbs is a great way to defend yourself while staying fit. Class includes a lot of bag and pad work with mostly striking. Muay Thai is a combination of offence and defense. Sparring is a large part of kickboxing and teaches students how to put their techniques into a practical defense mechanism.

Our fitness program includes multiple class options. We offer family fitness where kids and adults can workout together, play games and bond. we also offer bootcamp, Tabata, circuit training and more. fitness training is designed to strengthen the whole body while burning fat and building muscle. all our classes include whole body workouts to ensure even muscle toning and weight loss.
